BENJAMIN – Jerry Bob Daniels addressed the Commissioners' Court during the regular monthly session on Apr. 8 regarding ownership of two lots in Truscott. A relative of Daniels’ has a small building on a lot that it appeared the county owned. Daniels had conflicting information from a map that was different than the map the county referenced.
