BENJAMIN—The Benjamin City Council approved an ordinance adopting a records retention policy and schedule at its regular monthly meeting last week.
The council was updated on TCEQ compliance issues on high nitrate readings at well sites and will get answers back from Enviro Mentor.
Following a short executive session to discuss employee applications, it was decided to continue running ads for water and waste management employee.
The city decided to look at other avenues before making a decision on accepting bids to blade streets.
