PVT SETH SALAZAR

SAN DIEGO—Private First Class Seth Salazar, 18, of Munday graduated from the United States Marine Corps boot camp at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot here last Saturday.
Pct. Salazar successfully completed 13 weeks of intensive basic training as one of 487 recruits in Training Platoon 3271. While in training, he achieved the following—expert rifle range with a perfect score on Combat Field Training.
Following 31 days home on leave, Salazar will report to Camp Pendleton for two months at Infantry Training Battalion and then Military Occupation Specialty School. He then will be stationed at PDS.
Salazar is a 2019 graduate of Munday High School and the son of Trey and Julie Singleton.
