ABILENE—Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas will host two events Thursday to help West Central Texans get back to work amid the challenges presented by COVID-19. Individuals must register for the dual events separately and can choose to attend one or both as needed.
“The West Texas Success—Right Jobs. Right Now.” virtual job fair will connect multiple employers and thousands of West Central Texans looking for jobs in a single online space. The virtual job fair will run from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and is accessible from any computer, tablet or mobile device. There is no cost for job seekers or employers to participate, and the event is open to the public. Employers will be available to accept resumes and live chat until 5 p.m.
“West Texas Success—Starting the Search” will be held at the Abilene Convention Center.
