BENJAMIN— The Benjamin City Council approved contracts with Public Management to handle plans for the Texas Community Development block grant and with Fullerton & Associates conduct its audits during its regular July meeting.
The council heard from the Benjamin Volunteer Fire Department on the possibility of placing additional fire hydrants in the northeast section of town and asked for the BVFD to get information and pricing together for further discussion.
Director of Maintenance Ricky Molina and Director of Public Water Works Ronnie White reported that the TxDOT water line reroute had
been completed with all leaks fixed.
