From The News-Courier staff—
Dr. Rodney Sholty, medical authority for Knox County, reported there were two active cases of COVID-19 in the county as of Monday morning.
Dr. Sholty met with the three superintendents and Judge Stan Wojcik to explain protocols for students and staff members.
“Numerous students have been ill but none have tested positive so far,“ he said.
Sholty also said 12 students with medical conditions have been identified as high risk by school nurses, and he has been able to reach out to 10 of them.
