BENJAMIN—The Benjamin Independent School District trustees approved the scoreboard and black track surface specifications for their new construction plans during a regular monthly meeting here last week.
The trustees also revised policies as recommended by the Texas Association of School Boards; OKed an ESL program evaluation and goals for early childhood literacy and math and CCMR; and approved Gordon Thomas, Stacia Propps, Stephen Kuehler, and Michele Barrientez as authorized individuals on signature card at Citizens Bank.
They did call for a joint election with the city of Benjamin, but then no one besides Enrique Acevedo, Stephen Kuehler or Pate Meinzer filed the following day.
