Knox City fire department to replace hoses

KNOX CITY – The City of Knox City Council approved an expenditure of $1,806 to replace hoses after the fire department reported hoses were tested and some were found in need of replacing.

An audit of the city for 2019/2020 was completed by the accounting firm of Moore, Truelove, Pharis, Meyers, & Marsh. Scott Meyers presented the findings to the Council and reported the financial actions were good. He stated, “Overall the city is in a good financial position.”
