BENJAMIN–TheCounty Commissioners met Nov. 13 and approved a tax abatement forZSSPowerLLCthat clears the way for the 450 megawatt solar farm project near Rhineland. Construction is set to begin in 2024 and should be completed by January 2027.
“This solar farm project will mean considerable increased tax revenue for the county in coming years,” said County Judge Stan Wojcik.
