KNOX CITY – Visitors enjoyed favorable weather at the Knox County Hospital Annual Health Fair for Health, Wellness and Safety, hosted by the Knox County Hospital on Oct. 5, so there was a good turnout. The event featured displays of the services the hospital offers as well as related services from county and affiliated health providers.
