Measuring water levels in January and February

Body KNOX COUNTY – Director Lynn Smith at Rolling Plains Groundwater Conservation District (RPGCD) announced the staff will be out measuring water levels in January and February. The process normally takes two or three weeks depending on the weather and road conditions.
