Body Menus for week of May 1-5 Monday: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, spinach, hot roll, fruit crisp. Tuesday: Beef stir fry, rice pilaf, Oriental vegetables, bread, cake. Wednesday: Chili cheese dog on a bun, macaroni and cheese, chips, dessert.

“The Big Money Show” Event pays off well for local family owned business

Body MUNDAY - On April 15, Tri-State Enterprises Inc of Arlington, hosted “The Big Money Show” event in their new impressive 500,000 sq ft facility. A+ Auto and Farm Supply attended the market show where 120 vendors set up showcasing their products.

Knox City Council reviews busy agenda

Body KNOX CITY – The Knox City Council met in regular session on Apr. 18 and City Administrator Brian Barboza reports the council addressed a busy agenda. Travis Hawkins was appointed as the city’s representative to the North Central Texas Municipal Water Authority board of directors.

Body MUNDAY – The dance students at the Movement Space in Munday are practicing for their upcoming recital on May 6 and 7, to be held at 2 p.m. both days at the Munday school auditorium.

Body KNOX COUNTY – The Knox City Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a crappie fishing tournament for Saturday, May 6 at Miller Creek Reservoir. This is a fundraising event for the VFD and all entry fees go to the Knox City VFD general operating fund.
