Body KNOX COUNTY – Three earthquakes struck West Texas last Monday night, July 22, 2024. The first quake registered 4.9 on the Richter scale, which is on the light side of the scale but strong enough to be felt across the region. The second earthquake was a 4.4 and the third was a 3.
