KNOX COUNTY – This February, Brandon Carr, ManagerattheJamesE.“Bud” Smith Plant Materials Center in northwest Knox County, recorded 1.57 inches of rain which was slightly above the average of 1.22 inches. Last February was similar to this year at 1.46 inches.This brings the yearly total to 2.35 inches, a little above the average yearto- date total of 2.15 inches.
