The softball season that began two months ago during the February cold is now replaced by the heat of Texas high school playoffs, and the Munday Mogulettes are hoping their bats stay fired up as postseason play gets underway.
A thrilling 11-9 win over nemesis Northside on April 10 officially gave the Mogulettes the district title with one game remaining against Harrold on April 16.
