Body The Munday Moguls hosted Rotan on Friday, December 16, 2022 where the Moguls continued their winning streak, defeating the Yellowhammers 80-28. It was a big night for Coach Adrian Daniel who picked up 100th career win, 80 of those as a Munday Mogul.

Benjamin Mustangs clench state title

Body For the first time in school history, the Benjamin Mustangs have earned the 1A DII State Champion title. To end a perfect season (14-0),the Mustangs earned the State Championship title at AT&T Stadium on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

Moguls Win at Blackwell

Houndettes head into district play

Body The Knox City Houndettes are currently sitting 12-5 as the y head into Distr ict Play. The Houndettes traveled to the Aspermont Tournament last week where they ended the weekend 2-2. To open the tournament, they faced Anson and were defeated 21-33.

Body The Knox City Greyhounds have had an exciting start to their season. After winning the Guthrie Tournament the first week in December, they turned around and brought home the Champion title from the Petrolia Tournament this past week.

Munday FFA district contest winners

Body Munday FFA members attended the Wichita District FFA Banquet on Monday Dec. 5th. Members received their banners from the district contest and were also voting delegates for the talent contest. The Munday chapter also won the Sweepstakes in two teacher division.

The Junior High Munday Moguls earned the Tournament Champions title this past weekend at their home tournament. The Munday Moguls remained undefeated in all three games of the tournament and earned a combined total of 111 points. The Moguls defeated Aspermont 32-27, Rotan 40-28, and Guthrie 39-33. Body The Lady Stangs’ historic season came to an end with a 32-8 final record with District, Area, Regional Quarterfinal, Regional Semi-Final and Regional Final Gold Balls. We made our first trip to the State Volleyball Tournament and what an experience it was.
