It is back to school time. The air is filled with every emotion for these young students who are starting a new year. We need to embrace theiremotionsandhelpthem havethebestyearofgrowing. These students are learning to become better readers, writers, and scientists. All important lessons to learn for them to thrive as working adults, but more important are the lessons they learn in human behavior - the give andtakeoffriendship,theimportance of telling the truth, being honest in every aspect of their lives, and finding their strength in handling their emotions. Growing up is hard, but there are simple things we can do to help ease these young students worries. READING BOOKS is a great stepping stone! There is a plethora of books on all subjects of growing up and dealing with friends, bullies, homework, stress, and any otherchallengetheymayface. It may help open the door to a conversation or could help them feel better in general.
