KNOX CITY – The newest step in the life of Penman Services has been the move to the new facility on the east side of Knox City earlier this year. After renovating the building with new lights, ceiling, floor, and décor, a new counter at the front entrance, andanupgradedwarehouse, the seven-acre parking lot was fenced, leveled and new gravel and caliche spread.
