Frank visits Knox County, fields questions regarding solar, data centers
James Frank, House District 69 representative, met with constituents April 20 in Munday at the Perry Patton Community Center.
Following an introduction by Knox County judge Don Thompson, Frank briefly shared his biography and reviewed some of the major changes coming out of the 89th session of the Texas legislature. He turned the floor over for questions and comments.
