At the May 19, 2026, meeting of the Knox City council, Kaitlin Higgins from Public Management, Inc., was in attendance to answer questions the council members had regarding a master service agreement and contract for them to start the process of zoning and putting ordinances in place to regulate how land within the city limits us used.
