Munday clean-up day Aug. 27

MUNDAY – The city has scheduled a clean-up day for Saturday, Aug. 27, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon,or until the dumpsters fill up. There is no cost to bring items to discard to the dumpsters that will be located at JD’s Wrecker Service location at 711 South 3rd St.

This is an excellent time to spruce up the city before visitors arrive for Homecoming celebrations scheduled for Sept. 16th and 17th.

Coach Webb has volunteered to bring the football players out to help with unloading.

Important to note – this service is for Munday residents only, and is intended for disposal of household goods. No tires, batteries, chemicals, paint can be accepted.
