HONOR AND PRIVILEGE The Knox City Chamber of Commerce held their chamber banquet on Monday night. It was an honor and a privilege witnessing Chief Bill Stewart receive the Hob Smith Citizen of the Year award. Approximately 90 people were in attendance to kick off the Knox City Chamber of Commerce’s annual banquet Feb. 16 at the Knox City Community Center. After a six-year hiatus, the Chamber and the banquet returned in grand fashion. The event was aptly styled “Stars, Stripes and Small Businesses” in honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
