Heavy rainfall impacting wheat harvest

Body KNOX COUNTY – In May 2021, heavy rainfall resulted in continuing delays to harvest the wheat crop. Rainfall of 7.23 inches was received in May in 2021.Including rain received the first week in June 2021, that took precipitation totals up to 8.62 inches.

Curfew for minors in Munday

Body MUNDAY – Residents should be aware a curfew for minors is still in effect in Munday. “With summer coming up, this is just a reminder that for safety reasons, a curfew for minors is still in effect in Munday,” said Police Chief Chris Mendoza.

Body SAN ANGELO— Angelo State University in San Angelo has announced the students achieving the Dean’s List for the 2023 spring semester. To be eligible for the ASU Dean’s List, full-time undergraduate students must maintain a 3.25 or better grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
