Body KNOX COUNTY - Midterm elections will be this Tuesday Nov. 8. Voters will elect officials for seven statewide seats — governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, land commissioner, agriculture commissioner, comptroller and one of three seats on the Railroad Commission.
