Early voting in Texas begins Monday

Body Early voting starts Monday across Texas. Although most elected offices in Knox County were decided in the March primary, in additional to the presidential race and statewide elections, one important choice affecting this area will be on the November 5 ballot.

New business opens in Knox City

Body KNOX CITY – The QD Daycare Center, a muchneeded new business, opened Sept. 30, 2024 in Knox City at 408 N. Aspen Avenue. The new daycare is named after Quincy and Drayton, the children of owner Leighton Pepper.Leighton has had a busy schedule since becoming a nurse in 2019.
