To close the Christmas Break, the Greyhounds and Houndettes traveled to Lueders- Avoca to take on district opponents, the Raiders and Lady Raiders, on December 30, 2022.
In the Varsity Girls game, the Houndettes came out on top outscoring the Lady Raiders 67-8. Senior Devon Hernandez led in scoring with 16 points with sophomore Paisley Morrow trailing closely with 13 points.
