Menus for week of Feb. 13-17 Monday: Baked ham, whipped sweet potatoes, California blend, bread, dessert.

Tuesday: Hamburger steak, squash casserole, carrots, hot roll, cake.

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, fluffy rice, broccoli, cornbread, cookie.

Thursday: Goulash, corn, salad, garlic bread, apple crisp. Friday: BBQ beef on a bun,steak fries, coleslaw, dessert.
