Tuesday: Beef stir fry with broccoli, fluffy rice, Oriental vegetables, egg roll, dessert.
Wednesday: Chicken A La King, green peas, spinach, hot roll, peach crisp.
Thursday: Chicken guisada, Spanish rice, Mexican corn, flour tortilla, dessert.
Friday: Fried catfish, steak fries, coleslaw, hush puppies, cobbler.
