Monday: PRESIDENTS DAY HOLIDAY
Tuesday: Chicken fajitas, Spanish rice, Mexican squash, flour tortilla, Mandarin oranges.
Wednesday: Beef stir fry with broccoli, fluffy rice, Oriental vegetables, egg roll, dessert.
Thursday: Beef stew, salad, cornbread, cake.
Friday: Fried catfish, tater tots, coleslaw, hush puppies, cobbler.
