The Knox City Pool at 203 SE 3rd St., opened May 27. It is scheduled to be open every Tuesday through Saturday 1-5 p.m. and every Sunday 2-6 p.m. until August.
Lifeguards received training earlier in the month to prepare for a safe summer. Donations were collected to cover the entry fee for any child who wants to swim this year so that admission is free until sponsorships run out. The regular entry…
