Munday resident arrested Aug. 28 on possession of child pornography charges

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigators on Friday, Aug. 28, executed a search warrant in the 800 block of W. Bowie Street in Munday, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page. This ongoing investigation involved alleged child sexual abuse material, with numerous tips coming in across the state.
