Monday: MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY
Tuesday: Pork chops with gravy, fluffy rice, roasted broccoli, bread, bars.
Wednesday: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, green peas, biscuit, cake.
Thursday: Chicken guisada, Spanish rice, corn, hot roll, cookie. Friday: Sweet and sour chicken, fluffy rice, carrots, egg roll, dessert.
