During its regular meeting on Aug. 24, 2026, the Munday CISD board approved an M&O tax rate of 0.7637 and an I&S tax rate of 0.47 for a total of $1.2337.
The adopted budget is 3.1 percent less than the previous budget. Amendments to the 2025-26 budget were approved at the special meeting held on August 31. Final payment for the roof replacement was made.
