KNOX COUNY – Brandon Carr, Manager at the USDA-NRCSJamesE.“Bud” Smith Plant Materials Center northwest of Knox City, reported this December surpassed both last December and previous year’s average in rainfall received.
Rainfall received this December was at 3.23 inches, compared to the dry December last year at 0.51 inches and the average December at 1.04 inches.
