USDA extends application deadline

Body WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is extending the deadline for the Emergency Relief Program (ERP) Phase Two and Pandemic Assistance Revenue Program (PARP) to July 14, 2023, to give producers more time to apply for assistance. The original deadline was June 2.

Beat the heat at the Munday pool

Body MUNDAY – The Munday City Pool opened May 31 with 100 kids and parents diving in to cool off. There is free admission again this summer, thanks to the generosity of sponsors for the pool operation and maintenance by the city.

Body MUNDAY – Wayne and Brenda Speers, former ministers at the Church of Christ in Munday for eight years, are back in the USA from Albania for the summer and visited the church in Munday on June 5. The Speers have been working as missionaries in Albania for five years.
