BENJAMIN – The County Commissioners met in regular session on Dec. 12 and first on the agenda was considering the Tax Abatement Agreement with ZSS Power. Brandon Westlake, of Cummings and Westlake LLC, representing Triannon Power, owners of ZSS Power LLC, presented the proposed agreement.

KNOX COUNTY – Brandon Carr, Manager at the USDA-NRCS James E. “Bud” Smith Plant Materials Center reported 1.61” of rain in November this year. Last year only 0.51” was received. “The average is 1.29” so this November was slightly above average,” said Carr.
