Thirty-five or so citizens gathered in the Knox City High School auditorium on Thursday evening, Aug. 20, to hear invited guests Mike Fry from K.E. Andrews and Bryan Guymon from Underwood Law Firm on a subject that has been a hot topic for the last few months across Texas.
