Body KNOX COUNTY – Elections Administrator and County District Clerk Lisa Cypert reported that early voting in Knox County is surpassing the usual turnout, with 376 early votes received as of Sunday, Oct. 27. This does not include mail-in ballots, only inperson early votes.
