Body KNOX COUNTY – April precipitation made for an exciting weather month with more than double the average rainfall received in April.Brandon Carr, Manager at the USDA-NRCS James E. “Bud” Smith Plant Materials Center northwest of Knox City recorded 4.65 inches of rainfall.
