Body The Knox City Greyhounds and Houndettes traveled to Harrold on Friday, Jan. 16. The two teams entered their games hoping to remain firmly in the playoff hunt with a victory over the Hornets and Lady Hornets.The Houndettes took the court first against the Lady Hornets.

Northside and the Lady Stangs traded blows throughout the game, but Northside was able to pull away and win 31-18. The Lady Stangs then traveled to Crowell on Friday, Jan. 16 where they were defeated by the Lady Cats 59-23. | COURTESY PHOTO

Body The Benjamin Mustangs Hosted Northside on Tuesday, Jan. 13, for their third district game of the season. The Mustangs entered the game with backto- back district wins and hoped to remain undefeated in district competition with a victory.The Mustangs controlled most of the game.
