Body Philip Holbrook was born Nov. 11, 1952, to Arthur A. Smith, Jr. and Lucille Neff Smith. Philip grew up in Munday. In 1972 Philip married Donna Sue Cypert, also from Munday. This union was blessed with two sons, Philip Shane Smith and Kyle Holbrook Smith.
