Knox City man pleads guilty to evading arrest

ON MARCH 5, 2024 in Knox County, Daniel Godsey, age 60 of Knox City, waived his rights and pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Vehicle, a Third Degree Felony. He was placed on one year deferred adjudication community supervision and ordered to pay $375 in costs and fees, and a $1,000 fine.
