Menus for week of May 8-12 Monday: Chicken and sausage gumbo, fluffy rice, okra, cornbread, Mandarin oranges. Tuesday: Beef and pasta casserole, egg noodles, green beans, garlic bread, cookie. Wednesday: Steak fingers with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, biscuit, fresh fruit.
