Knox City did not take long to install a refurbished alert siren after receiving the funds needed to complete the project. At a city council meeting in late April, funds were apportioned from three different departments to secure the $7,500 needed to complete the purchase of equipment to be able to inform more citizens of impending danger.The siren was refurbished by Lyn...
