Paula Smith

Paula Janette Horne Smith passed away on Dec. 15, 2022, in Austin, at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center from complications of multiple myeloma. She was 76. Paula was born in Knox City, Dec. 27, 1945, to Erna Lee Welch Horne and Paul Horne. She grew up in Gilliland with her older brother Teddy, near the homesteads of her pioneer grandparents.
