Raul Q. Espinosa, 84, a longtime resident of Knox City, passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022. A funeral service was held Monday, Nov. 7, 2022, at the Santa Rosa Catholic Church in Knox City,with Father Francis Chinthamalla officiating.
