The Knox City Greyhounds and Houndettes have started their track and field season off with a win at their home meet. On Friday, March 3, 2023, Knox City hosted the Greyhound Relays with teams from Knox City, Munday, Chillicothe,Crowell,Guthrie,Paducah,Motley County, Rule and Patton Springs.

Districts 15-A and 16-A are well-represented in the 1A State Basketball Playoffs. The Benjamin Mustangs and Munday Moguls, both of District 16-A, have earned Bi-Distrrict Championship Trophies for their wins over Rotan and Roby.

Munday and Benjamin, district 16-A opponents, have been named Co-District Champions. The Benjamin Mustangs are currently sitting 16-1, according to MaxPreps, with their single loss being a 55-59 fall to Munday in the first round of district play.
