Body The Munday Mogul and Mogulette cross country teams competed in Rotan on September 28th. The Varsity Moguls had a strong showing with Freshman Haiden Bowman winning the race, Senior Chris Garcia finishing second, and Senior Jaxon Bowman earning a fourth place finish.

Greyhound runners compete

Body The Greyhound Cross Country runners were up bright and early on the road Saturday morning to Plains, Texas to run against teams ranging between 1 and 3A schools. The Greyhounds ran and competed well. They ended up 9th as a team, as the only 1A team in the top ten.

Body The #8 ranked Lady Stangs had a busy week of volleyball, where they picked up two wins against Woodson and Rankin, and a loss to Veribest’s #3 ranked team. Benjamin hosted three teams from Woodson on Tuesday, September 20. The Junior High Lady Stangs won in two clean sets.

Body The Knox City Houndettes earned two big back-to-back wins this week after traveling to Munday and hosting Paducah. On Saturday, September 24th the Houndettes traveled to Munday for JV and Varsity matches.

Greyhounds top Crowell

Body The Knox City Greyhounds earned another win on Friday night in Crowell against the Wildcats In the first quarter, the Greyhounds outscored the Wildcats 8-0, after a 37-yard run from Caleb Arrieta and a good point after attempt from teammate Devin Guillory.

Bowman brothers, Garcia lead Mogul cross country team

Body The Munday Moguls and Mogulettes capped off a very busy homecoming week with their home meet on Wednesday the 14th at Lake Creek Golf Course. After that, they had a quick turn around and competed at Copper Breaks on Monday the September 19th.
