Nona Hutchinson

Nona Faye Hutchinson, 83 of Stamford,formerly of Knox City passed away Thursday, March 2 in Stamford. A Celebration of Nona’s life was held Saturday, March 4 at St. John’s Methodist Church with Pastors Paul Wright and Steve Patterson officiating. Burial followed in the Knox City Cemetery.

Allene Betty (Tyler) Brown went home to be with her Savior on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023 in Knox City. She was 97 years 10 months 20 days old. Allene was born to Issac Nathaniel & Betty Alberta (Pierson) Tyler on March 20, 1925 in Milford. She attended school in Milford.

Hannah “Lilith” Ruth Rowland, 27, of Throckmorton, passed away Feb. 7, 2023 in Graham. A loving mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend, she was born April 14, 1995, to Ron and Susan White of Benjamin.

Donna Haynie Todd, 77, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Friday, Feb. 3, 2023. A daughter of the late Jeannie (White) and Charles Haynie, Donna was born on June 11, 1945, in Munday.

Roy “Possum” Posey, 66, passed from this world into his heavenly home on Feb. 12, 2023. A funeral service will be held Friday, Feb. 17, 2023, at the First Baptist Church in Knox City with Clifton McFadden officiating.

Dorothy C. Berryman, 102, of O’Brien, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023, in Kyle. A graveside service was held at the O’Brien City Cemetery on Feb.11,2023,under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes in Knox City.

Paula Smith

Paula Janette Horne Smith passed away on Dec. 15, 2022, in Austin, at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center from complications of multiple myeloma. She was 76. Paula was born in Knox City, Dec. 27, 1945, to Erna Lee Welch Horne and Paul Horne.

ANNA BRUTON Anna Lois Denton Bruton of Wisteria Independent Living in Abilene, passed away peacefully on Feb. 4, 2023, after being hospitalized for pneumonia. A graveside service was held at the Knox City Cemetery on Thursday, Feb. 9, under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes in Knox City.

Clara Milson

CLARA (BO) MILSON Clara (Bo) Milson, 90, of Benjamin, passed away Jan. 31, 2023. She was born in Montague on Oct. 18, 1932, to Birnam and Belle Magee. She graduated Forestburg High School in 1949. She married S.L. Milson in 1952.

Susan Fetsch

Susan Marie (Sandmann) Fetsch, of Muenster, passed away Jan. 11, 2023, at her home surrounded by her daughters. Susan was born on Oct. 21, 1958, the eldest daughter of Edward and Aileen Sandmann of Lindsay. She graduated from Lindsay High School in 1977.
