Helen Francelle Echols,89, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2022. Funeral services were held at Smith Family Funeral Homes in Throckmorton on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022 with Rev. Melissa Hudson officiating.

Timmy (Tim) Joe Jones joined the Kingdom of Heaven on Nov. 22, 2022. Tim blessed this earth with his presence for 76 years. He was born June 6, 1946 in Stamford. He was the second of three sons of Elvin “Windy” Jones and Dee Iva Starritt Jones.

John (Johnny) R. Peysen, Jr.,74, passed away Friday, Nov. 11, 2022. A graveside service was held Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, at the Knox City Cemetery with Rev. Gary Schnable officiating, under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes.

Kenneth Patterson Coach Ken Patterson, age 86, was freed from everything that hinders on Wednesday morning, Nov. 9, 2022, having run the race with perseverance and having fixed his eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of faith.

On Nov. 5, 2022, Johnnie Cook said goodbye to this world and to the many family members and friends who loved him. He was 76 years old. Johnnie was born in Fort Worth on Oct. 13, 1946. Johnnie was the first of two children for JT and Mildred (Black) Cook.

Patricia Fay Lemley, 84, of Munday passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Nov. 4, 2022. Pat was born Nov. 4, 1938 in Dallas, to OO and Dorothy Putman. She attended school in Goree and was a graduate of Munday High School where she was voted Homecoming Queen.
